To ease the immigration entry process you can now fill out the Immigration & Customs Form online anytime prior to travel. Go to https://c5online.pica.gov.jm/apply/ and complete the online form.
 
You will need your passport, flight information, name of the hotel where you are staying to complete the form
 
Please note that this form must be completed for every person traveling, regardless of age.
 
Some tips for filling out the form:
 
Names: Must be exactly as shown on your passport
 
Family members with you: how many family members that live in the same house that are traveling with, not including yourself.
 
Intended Address in Jamaica: Just put the name of your resort, no need for exact address
 
Length of stay (in days): arrival day to departure day
 
Number of pieces of luggage:
            Accompanied: includes your carryon and checked bags,
            Unaccompanied:  anything you may have sent ahead of you
 
Spouse & Children under 18 Accompanying You            Must include this information, and they still complete this form.
